Why didn't you put "bizwen" in the sentence "doudou sé tout pou mwen"?
"Ou sé tout pou mwen" is an idiomatic expression that is natural ("you are everything to me"). It means the same thing as "ou sé tout ki mwen bizwen'', which is the literal translation ("you are everything that I need").
